It is difficult to find a quiet accommodation in Olbia. This was super-quiet outside (a secondary road) and inside (no TVs or noise from other rooms). Staff very kind and helpful. I walked from my room to the airport: easy and safer than the buses (whose schedule is irregular).
Olbia bus service is poor. They have installed screens that tell passengers how long it will take for a bus to arrive, but these screens are not regularly updated and gave me incorrect information. Alp-ez is not far from the city centre. I would suggest to walk (it is approximately 2Ks).

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The overall stay was overpriced, 200 euros for one night. While the property was not bad per se, it was oldish and expensive.
