The location was excellent, and the room was large and renovated.

Finding the place was very difficult, as the signage was not obvious. Since there's no reception we had to rely on contacting the place by text, which was not easy since one of us did not have internet connectivity. When we finally got the door code it was hard to see the numbers on the keypad because it was in direct sunlight. So the start of the visit was stressful. We had been offered a complimentary welcome drink at a nearby bar to wait until we could get into the room, but we had difficulty finding it since it was on another street (we were not given the address), and when we did find it, it was closed. The room was large but sparsely furnished. No place to put a suitcase except on the floor. The lighting was inadequate in the bedroom and the bathroom. I sent a note to someone at the hotel with the items we had issues with but all my points were dismissed with disdain and with no apology.

Posizione molto comoda al centro storico di Olbia, camera ampia e luminosa, ben arredata, letti comodi e grande plus il condizionatore, indispensabile in estate con 40 gradi fuori. Utile l'ascensore per le valigie, scala di accesso ampia e interno stabile ben tenuto. Nelle vicinanze ci sono locali, negozi e fermate dei mezzi pubblici.

Il piatto doccia. Il bagno è grande e nuovo, la doccia è bellissima ma molto poco funzionale. Il piatto doccia è piatto in tutti sensi, il vetro non chiude completamente l'area e se si usa il pastorale alto lo scarico non drena a sufficienza facendo uscire l'acqua da tutte le parti allagando il bagno fino alla porta della stanza. Cosa che non succede se si usa il braccio mobile della doccia regolando la pressione dell'acqua con getto basso. Siamo stati sempre molto attenti ma tutte le volte abbiamo dovuto usare i nostri teli mare apposta per contenere l'acqua in modo che non invadesse la stanza da letto. In una struttura di questo tipo con certi prezzi è un disagio che merita di essere sistemato. L'affaccio dalla nostra camera purtroppo lasciava molto a desiderare, l'area intorno alla struttura è piuttosto mal tenuta se si gira gli occhi oltre la strada principale. Peccato perchè il palazzo dove si trovano gli alloggi è delizioso e la via principale in ordine e ben frequentata.

Jeg troede faktisk, at det var et “rigtigt” hotel med en reception og et personale man kunne henvende sig til, når man ankom. Men det viste sig at være Airbnb, hvilket gav mig en række udfordringer med overhovedet at komme op på værelset. Så det henvender sig nok mest til unge mennesker, der bare vil spare penge igennem Airbnb. NB: man skulle betale 25 euros for at ankomme før kl 16. Og det er jo ALT for meget og ret meget dyrere end stort set alle andre overnatningssteder i byen - også de “rigtige” hoteller.
