Zentral gelegen, schnell zu Fuss im Zentrum - Parkplatz wäre vorhanden (hab' ihn nicht gebraucht). Großzügiges Zimmer, modern ausgestattet; sauber! Badezimmer top mit Regendusche. Bushaltestelle in Gehstrecke (Stadtbus zum Flughafen). Für An- und Abreise nach Nord-Sardinien zu empfehlen (Olbia bietet nicht viel zum länger bleiben). Frühstück ist bereist am Abend vorher bereit im Zimmerkühlschrank; so kann man sich selber organisieren. Der frisch geschnittene Schinken vom Metzger ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Der Tür-Code im Mail war falsch, zum Glück waren die Gastgeber vor Ort (sprechen nur italienisch)

Location was wonderful. Great to have free parking that was in a fenced-in, secure location nearby. Many special snacks, fruits, yogurt, coffees, teas provided for breakfast. Communication was excellent even sending photos of where building was and parking details. Simone’s mother lives downstairs and was very sweet and helpful even though we had a bit of a language barrier. We still understood each other. Safe area within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, the harbor. Code access to get into building. Place was spotless, bathroom large, bed comfortable, and quiet to sleep. Absolutely no complaints!
