Todo muy limpio y muy acogedor
La ubicación que marcaba era bastante difícil de encontrar ya que tenías que dar muchas vueltas y el sumidero de la ducha había que destaparlo para que su uso fuera el adecuado, cosa que deberían avisar y debería estar indicado.

It's a great place to stay. The location is right in the centre of Olbia. The room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Access and self-check-in were easy and straightforward.

Airconditioning, Aufzug, Balkon, Austattung. Alles vorhanden ( sogar Pantoffeln) , das Zimmer ansich ist schön und ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Kaffemaschine, Kapseln wurden gestellt.
Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht klar hervor, dass es eine einzige Wohnung mit Gemeinschaftsküche und 3 Schlafzimmern ist. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines 8 stöckigen Gebäudes welches sich nicht im charmantesten Bereich Olbia‘s befindet. Der Ausblick geht teilweise auf die Berge, aber auch in nicht wirklich schöne Hinterhöfe. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort der angrenzenden Wohnung. Die Kissen sind hoch und sehr hart. Freundlicherweise wurde mir angeboten mein Gepäck nach Check-out im gemeinschaftlichen Wohnzimmer zu lassen, allerdings funktionierte der Code dann nicht mehr um in die Wohnung zu gelangen ( auch vom Reinigungspersonal ausprobiert). Anfragen über booking.com / e-mail wurden nicht beantwortet, auf Anrufe wurde jedoch schnell reagiert. Den Eingang musste ich suchen, habe ihn auf einem Foto markiert.
