The location was perfect, we had a room with the private garden outside which was amazing

Location
The staff that was in charge with the check in.
Also they didn't clean our room at all during a 6 nights stay although they stated that after 3 days they will clean the room and chnage our towels. Whe I asked the person in charged with the location for clean towels (after 4 days) he replied that this is not a hotel and that he is on vacation and could not help me and redirected me to another person
