The location is amazing, and the owner/staff is nice and friendly. Good value of money.
Because it’s next to the street, we still heard some crowd noise downstairs around 1 am at one night. We also need to share the bathroom with another guests so it happened that we took turn to use the bathroom especially when got back at the same time. The hot water is not stable either, we didn’t have hot water in the morning sometime.

Très bonne localisation en plein centre avec tout a proximité Logement propre et fonctionnel Propriétaire tres arrangeante sur les horaires et adorable !
Oui la salle de bain est partagé avec une autre chambre mais c'est très propre et pour quelques nuits aucun soucis 😊

Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro ad Olbia. Camera spaziosa e pulita, con aria condizionata funzionante. Presenti macchinetta del caffè (con cialde a disposizione) e un piccolo frigo bar .
Andrebbe specificato nell’annuncio che il bagno è in comune con le altre stanze dell’appartamento. Inoltre, il parcheggio segnalato tra i servizi disponibili non c’è. Ci sono parcheggi bianchi nelle vie limitrofe ma non sono riservati alla struttura, alcune sere abbiamo impiegato più di mezz’ora per trovare un posto libero.
