Établissement très propre et particulièrement bien placé dans Olbia.
Proche des arrêts de bus, de la gare et de toutes les commodités.
La propriétaire a été super arrangeante par rapport à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Clean and central location. Good bus connections to airport.
Noise from neighbours and light from the hall whenever neighbours went in or out, used the shared bathroom (due to a frosted glass door to the apartment.
The apartment is located on a lively street above noisy (very) late night bars. That, coupled with the glass door, meant our sleep was quite disturbed. For others though, the location would be ideal, the noise not an issue if you're out there partying among them.

DIe Lage ist gegenüber einer Bar und allgemein in einem belebten Bereich in Olbia. Das war überhaupt nicht schlimm aber kann für manche eventuell nicht das richtige sein. Es gibt zwar einen großen, kostenlosen PArkplatz in der Nähe aber der ist nahezu immer voll und man bekommt nur mit Geduld einen Platz. Ich empfehle hier ohne Auto anzureisen.

Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro ad Olbia. Camera spaziosa e pulita, con aria condizionata funzionante. Presenti macchinetta del caffè (con cialde a disposizione) e un piccolo frigo bar .
Andrebbe specificato nell’annuncio che il bagno è in comune con le altre stanze dell’appartamento. Inoltre, il parcheggio segnalato tra i servizi disponibili non c’è. Ci sono parcheggi bianchi nelle vie limitrofe ma non sono riservati alla struttura, alcune sere abbiamo impiegato più di mezz’ora per trovare un posto libero.
