Great location right in the city center. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good.
The thermostat was not working or at least I couldn’t adjust it, which meant the room was always at 25 degrees in a 20-22 degree weather, this is way too hot, specially for sleeping, so I kept waking up at night feeling extremely warm, which made me open the windows all the time.

Stayed a second time in two weeks. The staff remembered us and were so helpful yet again. Gabrielle brought us a kettle and in room tea facilities. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were all one family giving awesome service down to cooking eggs the way we liked!

The staff are very friendly and speak good English.
Aside from the lack of hot water in the shower on the morning of our departure , everything else was perfect — clean, spacious room, all facilities provided, and a great central location.

mattress let a lot to be desired. the shower only had a handheld wand and the slide mechanism was broken
