Appartamenti molto belli, curati nei minimi dettagli. Bagno spazioso, presenti sia la doccia che la vasca da bagno. Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura per partecipare al concertone di capodanno, la posizione si è rivelata ottima, a piedi in circa 10-15 minuti eravamo al porto. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema per il parcheggio. Claudio è stato molto disponibile e gentile, nonostante ci siano stati dei problemi con il sistema di apertura della porta è venuto subito in nostro soccorso, nonostante l’orario
Abbiamo sofferto un po’ il freddo, purtroppo il sistema di climatizzazione ci metteva del tempo a riscaldare l’ambiente che risulta molto ampio. In bagno ad esempio il calore fa molta fatica ad arrivare quindi risultava freddo, forse sarebbe meglio mettere un bocchettone per la fuoriuscita dell’aria anche dentro il bagno. Si potrebbe aggiungere anche una coperta più spessa per ovviare al problema

Très bon emplacement, le studio correspond à bien aux photos et est aménagé avec beaucoup de goûts.
Communication très bonne avec Claudio le loueur qui est très réactif..
Le réfrigérateur mentionné dans l'annonce se trouve être un minnibar donc TRES petit mais réfrigére jusqu'à 2 degré permettant de mettre quelques produits frais.
La propreté laisse quand même à désirer, poussière sur certaines étagères (empêchant de poser vos vêtements), et dans certaines parties de l'appartement et baignoire pas très clean (quelques poils et cheveux au fond).
Un bon bémol sur la literie, ou nous avions tout deux mal au dos (la literie restant mon critère principal de notation)
De fait, je donne une note générale de 8.

Appartement très bien placé dans le centre d’Olbia mais au calme. Magnifiquement décoré et sécurisé. La literie est confortable et le canapé lit également. Tout a été fait avec beaucoup de goût nous avons adoré
Tout était parfait sauf qu’il faudrait prévoir au moins une bouteille d’eau et capsules à café pour les arrivées tardives. Mettre impérativement un porte serviettes dans la salle de bains et au moins un torchon dans la cuisine.
