Beautiful location with easy access to local restaurants and shops.
We arrived with friends from a biking trip and were told we could not clean or store our bikes for an hour. There was a lot of space outside which we were told this was not possible to use. This area was quite a mess with repairs and building materials around. It seemed rather mean for us to be refused to park our bikes temporarily. I even offered to pay and was still refused. I then took my bike to my room to dismantle for packing and was called to be told this was not allowed in the house rules… I have yet to see this mentioned on the booking website. It all seemed somewhat unnecessary mean and perhaps a little unaccommodating. Also from the Booking website and reviews I was led to believe that there was a restaurant/bar on the premises. I was not clear to me this was closed.

The property was beautiful and had character and charm. It was in a perfect location for getting food and drinks in the evening. The property was really clean with good facilities.
There was no parking but there is a free car park less than 5 mins walk away so not too bad.

I liked the decorations and comfortable bed
The AC was not working properly, it was very hot in the room. The temperature in the fridge was not cold enough. There was no cold water in the shower.
