Everything was very well laid out and straightforward.
The entry system was a bit overly complicated, but, due to the oddballs who hang around on the street corner, I understand why it needs to be quite complex.

The apartment owner (or manager) was always available, offering advice and helping when needed. The building's location is very convenient! The main street begins here. The cathedral is nearby. The bus stop is right outside the building. It's also a 5-minute walk to the train station (from where we left for the south of the island). The best nearby beach turned out to be San Teodoro. Most bars and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.
There's no kitchen or washing machine :) But that's not the most important thing. It looks like a hotel here.
