Everything as expected - clean and basic, walking distance to the centre and right next to the bus stop to the airport.

It was very nice and the location was excellent
The ac didn’t cool bet well and I was hot. I also had trouble getting the room but one of the other guests helped me

Bus from/to airport is really close. Short walk to city center.
Location is bad, the neighborhood is ugly and feels a bit sketchy. I'm not saying it's not safe but it definitely does not feel like it. No staff on site and you have to do the check-in yourself on line. The room was full of mosquitos when we arrived. The fridge was never cold and was smelling really bad. You can hear every noise coming from other rooms. We had a guy singing all night and speaking very loud on the phone after midnight. For the price I would definitely not recommend this place. Thankfully we were only there for a few hours before an early flight. Honestly, Olbia is not even worth a visit, the city is definitely not representative of Sardinia.
