We booked last minute, host directly sent us access infos. The room was clean and well organised. The location is great, near the airport shuttle and the center.

Location. Decor. How close the bus stop was. Local food spot open late. Bathroom was nice

Noise was bad. Rooms not soundproof. Could hear people in other rooms. Further, people waking up, and a regular repeating beeping noise?

Wonderful!!! The best shower in the world. We had the room with terrace, sitting/dinning room and bath tub. The terrace is perfectly situated, there is sun almost all day, but the apartment itself is shaded, so we did not need the air-con. Nice clean room, very pleasant a helpful staff. The was also kitchen with fridge and freezer, cutlery, crockery, hob, pots and pans. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Bus from/to airport is really close. Short walk to city center.

Location is bad, the neighborhood is ugly and feels a bit sketchy. I'm not saying it's not safe but it definitely does not feel like it. No staff on site and you have to do the check-in yourself on line. The room was full of mosquitos when we arrived. The fridge was never cold and was smelling really bad. You can hear every noise coming from other rooms. We had a guy singing all night and speaking very loud on the phone after midnight. For the price I would definitely not recommend this place. Thankfully we were only there for a few hours before an early flight. Honestly, Olbia is not even worth a visit, the city is definitely not representative of Sardinia.
