Excellent location in historic Olbia, with many restaurants in courtyards and alleyways immediately beside hotel or a couple of minutes walking. The car park is secure, gated, and conveniently 1-2 minutes by foot down the street.
Breakfast was very good.
The rooftop has several seating areas, providing lots of privacy for relaxing, and a great place to watch the sunset.
It met/exceeded our expectations.

Great location. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff. Parking was available, but a little tight if you had anything bigger than an economy car.

Location is great!
Beds and bedding need to be updated. Pillows are hard memory foam that don’t give. I had a sheet and an old quilt that felt like old drapes. Room sometime smelled of sewage.
