Breakfast not included in the price. Centrally located. Receptionist helpful and no problems with checking in/out. Room quiet and bed very comfortable and got a good nights sleep. Bathroom was well appointed, with excellent shower.
Stayed in room 2 in the new annexe. Room was compact, no problems for single occupancy. There was no Wi-Fi in the annexe. You had to go to the hotel reception to get a signal.

Location is central, and I'd say perfect too. Close to all important POI's, and also just bit on the side so you don't have the noise. Staff was attentive, plenty of towels, etc. All good here.
Rooms could be bit more soundproofed (internally). But that's just detail.
