The place is located in a small, quiet street very close to city center. It’s nicely furnished and common kitchen area is well equiped. Communication with owner was very good. We also had a small „crisis” during one night and their reaction was perfect. Highly recommend.

Excellent little apartment in a quiet area of town, close to shops and restaurants with easy walks to the centre and the sea. Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful and clean. Great facilities including free parking which was particularly great as this property is located right in the centre of Olbia. Amazing location! We booked the small double room and to be honest next time I would pay a little extra and take one of the bigger rooms because we had quite a large suitcase and there wasn’t really a lot of room to open it up! Great communication from the property manager too with very thorough instructions on how to self check in sent the day before arrival via WhatsApp.

The place is super central and next to my moto rental place. Perfect for going biking and being in the city at the same time. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around. The staff was super helpful and made sure I could check in even earlier. Excellent choice especially if you rent a motorbike.
The TV kept losing signal but I'm not here to watch TV. WiFi was sometimes weak but again not a big issue.
