Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The breakfast staff were simply exceptional in service and friendliness.
The hotel was lovely, breakfast and breakfast staff lovely. However what let our stay down was the night prior to leaving when we returned from dinner at approximately 21.15 the receptionist came straight to us and said “you must be checked out by 10.00 tomorrow” We as well as others I’m sure who stay in the hotel are perfectly aware of check out times. We all felt (4 of us) that the way she approached us was exceptionally rude and soul make us think twice on recommending to anyone.

Location is great
Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No computer to print boarding passes.
Layout of our room was unusual. Parking logistics were challenging which almost made us miss our flight.

Great location and lovely place . Its a cozy warm place and feels like every detail has been taken to consideration when designing this property to make you feel like you re in a special place .
All good and perfect .. Nothing to say .. Maybe the walk from the parking . But at the end its very normal when staying at the heart of a city .. I also think parking should be free .. But this is a very common practice in Italy to charge for parking .. So its ok .
