Quartier très calme et logement bien isolé du bruit.
Appartement aménagé en plusieurs logements, impossibilité de se faire a manger (c est précisé dans le descriptif du logement mais pas très clair), il y a un frigo et un micro ondes commun. Le petit déjeuner compris consiste en un croissant et un café au bar pmu du coin.
