We feel like we felt in a trap! The outside picture of the building is a fake.
The space in one of the apartments Lago 1 was huge. Also nice view to the Lugano Lake.
The picture of the building is not the one shown on Booking.com. It is an old House 200 m distant. The old house is located between the railway and a very noisy street. There is no side walk between the house and the street. It is very dangerous to access and also to go out of the house. The apartments were nice and comfortable but not very clean. A lot of dust in the floor. The Towels also had a bad smell and were very hard. Not propely washed.

Die Wohnung war einmal vor 50 Jahren Luxus.
Jetzt ist alles abgenutzt, die Möbel irgendwie zusammengestellt. Reinlichkeit auch nicht die beste.

La posizione eccellente a 800 MT dal casino e il lungo lago nel centro di Lugano.
Arredamento e servizi vecchi , tavoletta del bagno rotta , poca attenzione nei dettagli , armadio rotto nell'ingresso. Per 450€ per 5 persone per 2 notti Lugano il prezzo è ok ma C'è bisogno di un minimo di investimento e cura nell' appartamento, per migliorare il servizio.

La posizione vicino la stazione e il centro, ambiente spazioso e cordialità del gestore. Qualità prezzo ragionevole e accessori per la casa e cucina assortiti.
Posizione tra strada e ferrovia e conseguente rumore. Portone d'ingresso senza marciapiede a cui bisogna prestare attenzione all'uscita e arredo un po' datato.
