A great one night stay on our Italian road trip.

It’s was located right in the middle of the city next to the church and many bars and restaurants.

The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good.

Great place to stay

We stayed at Mia Palace in Florence for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Nádia was incredibly friendly and always ready with valuable tips for our visit, which made our stay even better. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and in perfect condition. The location is excellent, with brand-new, high-quality bed linen and an outstanding breakfast each morning. For those concerned about parking, I used a private parking garage just an 8-minute walk from Mia Palace, but there’s also plenty of street parking available nearby. I highly recommend this place, and if I return to Florence, I already know where I’ll be staying!

It’s a cozy place, super clean. The attendance service was exceptional. The breakfast is wonderful.

The heater in the bedroom seems not to be enough for the attic room.

Great location and good value for money

Good size room with four beds in one room, perfect for our young family. Great location, very nice people and really helpful suggesting best places to visit and how to get around the city. Great breakfast kids loved it!

On the first night the bunked beds were a little noisy, this was resolved very quickly with a small piece of cardboard to stop the rattling.

Beautiful and handy place with a fair price!

Since I went to Florence by car I had to find a place with parking spots around, as soon as I arrived I found a free parking spot just on the other side of the entrance where the staff advice people to park. The room was clean and spacious furnished with all the utilities like hairdryer, soap, shampoo, clean towels etc. Every morning they set up a beautiful breakfast, sweet and savory with eggs, ham, cheese and tomatoes. Toast, jam, Nutella, cornflakes, yoghurt, cakes and all the hot drinks and juice. I very much enjoyed this stay cause it’s just 10/15 mins from the old part of the city and it’s good value. The staff were lovely, all of them. They were all kind, especially one (I don’t remember her name) with curly hair who made me warm croissant and coffee and then gave me great tips to enjoy the city even more. Thank you to all of you!

It’s not regarding the property per se. However, if you’re a solo traveler mind that at night you should pay more attention when going back to the hotel.

The host-Nadia is the highlight of Mia Palace. She made me feel at home. Was sad to not tell her bye in person coz I left in her absence.

The struture of the building. There were too many steep stairs, and I was scared my kids would fall. Also,carrying suitcases up and down those stairs was not fun.

We were very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially of the nice woman serving breakfast. We really enjoyed talking to her and are grateful for her help with many things during our stay. We also liked the good location and the clean simple room.

Our only issue was with the room temperature, which was too cold for us. We used the air conditioning on heat, but it didn't really change much. However, we also noticed that some restaurants were not really heated either, so maybe it's just common in Italy/Florence to not heat the places as much as we're used to.

The room was clean, sheets, towels and everything. The personal were beyond impecable and super nice, assisting you in anything you needed. The place was 15 min by foot from the main buildings and museums and had the most beautiful view over the river. Good breakfast with tasty cakes and croissants.

Maybe a new decoration and some TLC. Nothing major. You get what you get from the price. Great quality-price overall. Just bear in mind that this place doesn't have elevator and you need to reach the 2nd floor by stairs. So it really isn't advisable for older people or people with limited mobility.

Unfortunately nobody was waiting for us… or respond to ours calls, very annoying!

The location is ok , 20 min by foot and you are in the city centre! The breakfast is very nice!

The bed linen smells bad and there was mold in our bathroom but the pire was…they asked as about our arrival time and nobody was not there this time. I called and nobody answered, we could not leave because we pre payed our room, it could be one solution at the moment…after a long travel is important that someone could welcome you and give you the keys. To mention: There is no reception in general because it is a house with many rooms and common room for the breakfast

The host Nadia was absolutely the best thing about this stay. Breakfast was okay and the location is great.

The parking spaces are not free! There is just nobody usually monitoring if anyone is parking there without a ticket or resident pass. The rooms are not soundproof and you hear the street and other guests as well as the kitchen in the morning.

Very good location. Next to the river. 15 min walk to the center.

First and most important it wasn’t clean enough. In the shower we found hairs… Our room was right under the roof, there were no air. If we open the window, lot of mosquitos come inside. You should put net on the window. Wi-fi wasn’t good. We didn’t have connection.

Great host, great attic room, and nice time in Florence.

We stayed two nights. The second night we were in the top attic room. It was lovely! The host was also exceptional, and the included breakfast was great.

We had to move rooms, which was a little bit frustrating. But our second room was wonderful so it made the move worth it!

it was fine for a one night stay but in the future I’d probably stay in the city since Mia palace is quite a far walk
