Meravigliosa villa antica, immersa nel verde, tra i tigli e le bouganvillee, con una deliziosa scala lignea per accedere ai piani ( ma c'è pure l'ascensore). Splendida terrazza ben arredata al primo piano, per godere del fresco della sera. Ottima posizione, a 100 metri dal teatro massimo e dal palazzo della regione, fermata dei bus 1 e 5 Zeus a pochi metri. Ad ogni piano, vi è un frigorifero a disposizione dei clienti ed è offerta acqua fresca gratuitamente. Ottimo il ristorante, elegante e curato. Personale di staff cordiale e gentilissimo, ( si tratta di una cooperativa sociale che favorisce l'inclusione lavorative di persone con back ground esistenziali complessi). Esperienza da ripetere!
La colazione (veramente troppo minimale, nulla di salato) la mancanza del bidet in camera.

The location is great — right near the center of Cagliari and easy to get around. The staff were really nice and helpful.
The place itself feels quite old and a bit worn out, and the rooms are pretty noisy, so don’t expect much peace and quiet. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. It’s fine for a short stay
