La predisposición del personal, la limpieza del lugar, lo moderno de las habitaciones. Camas muy cómodas, duchas con buena presión. Mil puntos extras por permitirnos guardar el equipaje antes y post. Nos dejaron agua y café de cortesía.
Ubicación muy cercana a la estación de tren.
Si bien entiendo que es una habitación, quizás con mínimos detalles podría ser sin más completa como un juego de cubiertos y microondas.

De kamer heel mooi ingericht. En een super lekkere geur. Communicatie via whatsapp. Deze verliep vlot. De locatie wat rustiger gelegen maar toch nog geen 5 minuten stappen naar het centrum. Dichtbij de station als je hier gebruik van wilt maken. Met de trein 7 minuten en je bent in de luchthaven.
Communicatie fout. Ik wou graag een dagje extra blijven zonder overnachting. Ik ging er vanuit dat dit geregeld was. Ik was teleurgesteld. Dat de kamer nadien wel geboekt was. De eigenares heeft mee willen denken en zoeken naar een oplossing wat wel heel lief was. Dat gaf me geruststellend gevoel.

Trattamento ricevuto con totale disorganizzazione (mandati erroneamente in altra struttura, una volta evidenziato l'errore e la mancata risposta a messaggi/chiamate ci hanno pure preso in giro con promesse di formule di compensazione, ovviamente mai viste). Parlate con le persone, lasciate perdere i messaggi di circostanza e l'organizzazione esclusivamente 'informatica'.

"The room was spotless, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a big shower which was very convenient. There is also the balcony however too small to use it."
