Firstly I wanted to mention that we really like the room and loved the central location.
The staff was extremely rude, their cleaning lady took a pictures of our clothes and stuff and the “manager” has sent it to us. This was the reason why they did not clean our room.
We felt really uncomfortable with the pictures as this goes against our privacy, when I tried to talk to the very rude manager about it he recommended me to take a course on privacy and literally told us that we can be kicked out of the property for this.
This is not okay, we did not feel safe or welcome and that is very sad, cause of the apartment is very well located and the facilities are great! Although it was 3 of us and we only got 2 sun beds on our Terrasse , additionally we found out that one was broken and we asked to change it, but that never happened.
After we were charged additional 18 euros for a new towels which we did not ask for! Not okay to charge your customers for something they did not request!!
Very disappointing staff, extremely rude. I do travel a lot, but this has never happened to me before.
