Awesome location, directly in the city centre, everything is walkable from there. Parking (public) is also very good for Cagliari. The rooms are super clean, water for free, coffee, a small kitchen is also available. Washing machine also there for free use. Even beach towels are just there for use. Balcony is incredible. Host is awesome, super kind and very good organised. One of our best stays in whole Sardinia.

The good things are that the apartment is near city center and for finding a parking place we didn't have any issue. The view from the terrace is nice and the room is pretty quite.
We found the apartment very overpriced and with a bad report of price/quality&services. We paid around 200 € per night and at least we would pretend the room to be cleaned everyday, the towels to be changed every day. We had no cleaning or towel changing for the whole duration of our stay (3 nights). There is no breakfast included as well.
