Bellissima struttura, tutto pulito e profumato in ottima zona

Niente tutto perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questa struttura, chekin semolice e rapido! Ingresso con una cucina in condivisione comoda e sempre in ordine. Stanza pulitissima ed accogliente! Arredata con gusto e nei minimi dettagli. Complimenti!

The room was comfortable (though a bit small) and the common area had a fully equipped kitchen. We were offered an extra bed for our daughter (unfortunately - not a very comfortable one). The air conditioning worked well which was great given the extreme heat. The entrance code app was cool. Parking garage is next door - convenient. Thank you for the extra Nespresso capsules :)

The extra bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable. We stayed for a week, but had towels changed only once, and only after we asked to have the room cleaned. The wifi did not work well with our phones (computer was OK). Sound insulation could be better - we could hear guests in their other rooms and in the common area (they woke us up in the morning several times). The location was OK but not great - 30 minutes to Poetto by bus, 20 minutes walk to the train station and harbor. Given the very high rating - 9.2 - I was expecting more of a Wow effect and was disappointed.
