Great place nice and clean family run. Room was clean and comfortable planning to stay again at the end of the trip.

Parking was a nightmare couldn't find parking for an hour but there was an event at the University so all that roads were busy. I think this is an isolated incident

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location is also good, just a 20-minute walk from the center. The staff were friendly, and the sheets and towels were of high quality.

Lovely room - spotlessly clean with a communal kitchen complete with coffee machine.
Some chocolate left in the room was a nice touch.
The garden area, accessible from the kitchen was beautifully maintained and a nice place to sit.
Staff, particularly Fabio, were friendly and helpful.
The property is not in the centre but a nice 20 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. We appreciated this as we got to see more of the lovely city.
