Sehr nette Vermieterin,sauber aber ein wenig muffig.Wir habe so oft wir konnten gelüftet.Lage war eigentlich gut,Busbahnhof und Bahnhof erreicht man bei züggigen Schritt in 15-20 Minuten.Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank vorhanden (Kaffee war sehr gut).Umliegenden Gegend voll mit Bars,Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Wie gesagt,ein muffiger Geruch ist in der Wohnung.Badevorhang ist zualt,untere Rand ist eher braun verfärbt und das Wasser läuft in der Dusche und Waschbecken nur langsam ab.

We arrived early and exhausted after an overnight ferry trip from Naples .
Alesandra opened up early and allowed us into our room . She needed to clean the room while we were waiting and did so with a smile on her face. A most generous host.Thank you so much.
Everything was calm and pleasant about our stay. No fault could be found.

Tutto! Alessandra è una super Host! Struttura pulitissima e posizione perfetta e centralissima per visitare la città, pur rimanendo in una zona silenziosissima. Qualità prezzo Top!
Accoglienza calorosa e allo stesso tempo molto professionale. Flower rooms nella sala comune, mette a disposizione degli ospiti teli mare, the , camomilla e tisane. Inoltre anche creme solari o per il corpo. Tutto veramente perfetto. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Se dovessi tornare a Cagliari, sceglierei ancora una volta questo B&B

The location is great, very concenient.
When I booked, breakfast was supposed to be included, but we only received a few coffee pods, not even enough for a day and bags of cookies and long conservation croissants: nothing that would qualify as breakfast… moreover this junk food was delivered for a day, not for the time of our two day stay. So, breakfast is included in the price but not in real !
