Great location to see the historic centre of Caligari. Our suite was upgraded which was nice. Very spacious, with a wonderful rainhead shower. The manager was most kind in storing our bags until the evening ferry to Naples & by calling a taxi for us (5 minutes to the passenger terminal). Really great service from the hotel. We can recommend Cucina.eat nearby for somewhere brilliant to eat.

Proximity to historic centre, easy to reach by car from airport, excellent breakfast with friendly cook
We booked a deluxe room based upon photographs on booking.com website. Room 4 is dark with inadequate lighting. There is a small smoking outside area in an internal light well. The shower cubicle is inside the room not in the bathroom,hence-no privacy. When we expressed dissatisfaction the staffs response was it is a boutique hotel and every room is different and the size 23sq.m makes it deluxe. We feel our room failed to meet expectations from images on the website

Great location, easy, comfortable room, very warm welcome by the staff that was present only during the day hours.
There were some issues during our stay. There was no staff present at the property in the evening and the night, which became a serious concern when there was a power cut and we couldn’t reach anyone for assistance. That was quite discomforting and made us feel a bit uneasy.
Also, the hotel shouldn't really describe itself as a boutique hotel, as it doesn't quite meet the standard. While the location is great and the welcome was warm, the overall quality of the interior falls short. Plastic figures in the hallways and rooms don’t reflect the refined design and attention to detail typically expected from a true boutique experience.
Plastic cups in the bathroom are a no go!
