Our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect - close enough to everything but far enough it’s quiet and peaceful. Check In was easy, owner was lovely and helpful. The private roof terrace with hot tub was amazing. Everything you need for coffee and breakfast. Bathroom had everything you need. Would stay here again if we come to Cagliari.

The view it’s amazing facing the old town and the sea. The lady was very kind and helpful. The hot tub was nice but we feel like kind of exposed to the neighbors.
There is a huge lamp in the room on the walk side towards the bathroom that we both hit a few times ,especially my boyfriend cause he’s taller. I think that they need to move it up or in a different place. Also the hot tub is very nice but I think that it will be good to make sure there is a protection from the corridors of the building because we felt kind of exposed to that view.
