Der Komfort, die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal
Der Lärm am Abend auf den Straßen von schreienden Personen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis, le personnel a été présent pour toutes nos questions. La femme de ménage était adorable. Les parties communes sont impeccables et calmes. Et surtout l'emplacement est parfait !

Affittacamere in pieno centro di Cagliari, al primo e secondo piano di un vecchio palazzo, tra zona Marina e Castello. Lo stile valorizza l'età adulta dello stabile, come le travi in legno a vista e alcuni arredi d'epoca. Camere con bagno spaziose e pulite. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, anche se "deluxe" forse è esagerato
Il gestore è stato un po' irascibile e superficiale, ma può essere stato un caso sfortunato.

La decoración moderna y la cortesía de la cafetera con cápsulas. La ubicación.
La habitación 1 (apartamento) tiene un ruido infernal del aparato de aire acondicionado que impide cualquier descanso. Aparecieron también cucarachas en ese mismo apartamento y en otra habitación. Es necesaria una renovación de la fachada. Hay bastante ruido en los alrededores el fin de semana.
