    AC was broken, night manager (nice guy) said tech couldn't come until the following day. We slept with wet towels, a rough first night on a dream vacation. The sketchy looking morning manager confirmed some fluid level was low so AC not working. When I asked my booking agent to talk to the hotel, they denied the AC was broken. Good location and breakfast but I wouldn't trust them if something goes wrong. Oh yeah, and they list courtyard view, actually a view of red pigeons in a small garbage strewn alleyway.
