When we got home ine day there was a leak, the manager came with 15 min and sorted the issue out.

Last night there was a power cut amd I found out you would not have been able to get into the front door. Would suggest a backup batterie

The location was perfect—right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby, making everything very convenient. The apartment was beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more). We felt at home from the moment we arrived.

Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. The advertised check-in time was 4pm, so we arrived at the agreed time expecting the accommodation to be ready. However, the cleaner had only just arrived and had not even started cleaning the room. This meant we were left waiting despite arriving at the time specified in our booking. It is frustrating to plan your arrival around the advertised check-in time, only to find that the accommodation is not ready. Better organisation and communication from the host would have made a big difference. Check-in times should be respected, and guests should not have to wait while the accommodation is being prepared after they are due to check in.
