Ottima posizione, nel cuore del centro di Cagliari. La vasca idromassaggio era la chicca del mini appartamento! Provvisto di tutto il necessario: cucinetta, lavanderia, bagno con doccia. Letto comodissimo e doppio cuscino di cortesia come in hotel.

I liked the room. Size was enough, and it was more or less 'furbished accordingly to a hotel' - I liked it, it's recommended for a short gateaway.
Well, unfortunately I went through an accident while I was at the property, and that saw me having to leave in panic mode to the hospital, with an ambulance.
I would have liked a little bit more 'problem-solving' skills by the host. Unfortunately, the keys needed to be returned (but I had them at the hospital) - the host admitted she could have made another copy from the cleaner's copy, but as soon as she became aware that one of my relatives could have 'travelled' to pick up the copy at the hospital and bring back to her, then she EXPECTED me to send someone to give her the keys. Which I thought was a bit inappropriate and kind of 'gauche' - you could solve this by making a copy for 7 euros (which I was gonna pay for), instead you made me manage things from my hospital bed, asking my sister to come to the hospital, get the keys and bring them back there. Not a really good problem-solver, in my accounts.
Furthermore, after the host agreed to 'keep my stuff', until I was dismissed from the hospital, she asked my sister to take it - even though I had specifically asked her to keep it for me. So, at the end of the day, my sister also was the one who brought me back my bag.
All something that was very avoidable, and could have been solved in a more 'relaxed' and 'helpful' way.
I've managed multiple properties in London for over +7 years, problem solving is the FIRST SKILL required for the job.

Also, WiFi doesn't work - therefore Netflix and more, do not work. If you're coming for business purposes, forget it - I had to take a modem with me, and even that didn't work, for scarce signal.
