The location is good for the airport and early morning departures. The room was nice and clean and the added toiletries were an added bonus. Most of the staff were courteous and helpful. I also appreciated being able to park our rental car in the secure garage.
The check-in was smooth, though the clerk said I would be charged to use the garage. In the morning, the very courteous clerk said it was free.
The major issue was the bar. We waited nearly 15 minutes for a bartender to appear (7:30 pm, we were the only people waiting). He appeared to also be the sole waiter in the busy restaurant. The issue came when we found ants (several, see picture) in our drinks. It took a further 10 minutes to get the waiter to return to make new ones (not compted). In a four-star rated hotel, we expected better.

Room was a good size and the location is great for the airport - however not a great location for anything else. There's little food options near the hotel. The hotel room was a good size and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The hotel is a little dated and tired - it could do with a refresh (torn carpets etc.). The pool was a lot smaller than pictured and the pool area was a little dirty.
