Situato in posizione residenziale, l'alloggio è risultato ampio, comodo, completo e tenuto con un ordine e pulizia esemplari. Situato a metà strada tra i quartieri storici centrali e le spiagge si rivela una posizione strategica per raggiungere entrambi sia con auto che con gli efficienti servizi pubblici.

Struttura pulita. Pratico self check in. Bagno spazioso. Camera molto più grande rispetto alla media.
Gli scarichi del doppio lavandino del bagno sono montati male, e ogni tanto lasciano risalire odore sgradevole.

La posizione è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo in centro e facilmente raggiungibile con gli autobus, molto Bellini i led e ok il condizionatore
Sarebbe meglio forse isolare la camera dai rumori esterni per via della metro che passa li vicino. La struttura era un po’ sporca di polvere infatti non abbiamo potuto usare il ventilatore e la tv era in slovacco.
