A View on Cagliari

Posizione ottima per Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, tranquillo e molto curato

The host, Laura, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and gives you plenty information about what to do while in Cagliari. Interior design is beautiful with a lot of attention to detail and Laura made use of the limited space. Access to public transport is excellent the next bus stop is close by and I recommend using it (buying bus ticket via app). Everything is very clean and the daily room service does a good job to maintain it. AC works and was a blessing with 36°C outside. Optional reasonably cheap parking in the parking garage across the street can be provided for around 10 EUR per day. Free public parking spots right in front are limited but some are available if you're lucky. Breakfast room on the top floor with view over the city is also well-maintained and well-designed. The view from my room's balcony wasn't was as spectacular as from the breakfast area because it's facing the courtyard but a nice view nonetheless. Overall, this is a recommendation, you won't regret booking with Laura.

Room size and bathroom size is rather small and the TV is quite old and mounted in a way that it is rather useless. Time window for breakfast is rather small (1h) and the selection and variety is limited (but tasty). That being said the things that are served are of high quality and are freshly prepared. Laundry service or access to washing machine would've been nice, I didn't ask, maybe it's optionally available.

We enjoyed our stay, room was very comfy and a very large balcony with a city view. A bonus was the bike hire was also arranged by our host and was also on our doorstep. Excellent 3 hour e bike tour which is highly recommended

The name of the B & B could have been bigger on the door as I missed it several times walking past.
