Excellent central location, ideal for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room itself is comfortable and well-equipped.
Despite the name "Suites" suggesting hotel-style services, this is in fact a self check-in apartment:
- Staff: we did not see anyone during our 5-day stay. Access is via a door code, communication is exclusively through WhatsApp.
- Cleaning: nothing was done in the room during the entire 5 days - not even a change of towels or bed linen.
- Services: practically non-existent. We were even asked to take out the trash from the room ourselves.
- The "Balcony, City view" feature officially listed on Booking for the Triple Comfort room does not match reality: the two small balconies face directly onto a wall of the building opposite, with no view at all. At the time of booking, I was only informed that the room had small balconies (not a terrace), but not that they offered no view.
- Parking: difficult, although understandable for a city centre location.
I would recommend the host clarify in the listing that this is a self check-in apartment without hotel services, and correct the description regarding the room's view.
