Sono stato accolto dalla proprietaria Francesca che mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno tutte le caratteristiche della struttura e mi ha levato i dubbi alle domande che le ho posto. È stata gentilissima, premurosa e si è dimostrata super competente per il settore ricettivo. Le stanze, pulitissime, sono situate a pochi passi dal centro di Cagliari. Il b&b ve lo straconsiglio. È difficile trovare un qualcosa di migliore...

La stanza era molto bella e luminosa, il bagno nuovissimo, il letto molto comodo e confortevole.
Suggerirei solo di applicare delle modifiche alla porta di ingresso della stanza o alla sua serratura, poiché abbiamo fatto un pochino fatica a utilizzare correttamente la chiave

La posizione era ottima wifi e televisore funzionavano bene. Molto tranquillo l'ambiente.
La pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata così come gli infissi: le porte interne sembrano piuttosto fragili e i serramenti delle finestre molto duri. Ci è stata fornita poca carta igienica, solo un rotolo all'arrivo, un secondo a richiesta nostra. Le luci in camera erano molto basse e la pressione dell'acqua molto debole.
