De gastheer Paolo is een hele aardige man. Helpt je waar nodig en geeft goede adviezen en tips.
Het ontbijt. De locatie draagt de titel B&B maar het ontbijt bestond uit koffie/juice en crackers/koekjes. Dit moesten we zelf regelen in de stad. Daar mag wel meer aandacht aan worden besteed.

Paolo e’ stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo da ogni punto di vista. Ci ha consigliato posti local dove andare a mangiare e ci ha permesso di visitare Cagliari liberi dai bagagli mostrando massima flessibilità su tutto

Gościnność gospodarza. Czystość i gust, z jakim urządzony jest pokój. Zmiana pościeli i ręczników po 3 dniach. Dostęp do wody mineralnej i kawy.Taras na dachu i dostęp do knajpek oraz lokalizacja w centrum.
Niestety, lokalizacja jest też powodem hałasu, bo oddalony o kilkanaście metrów placyk z knajpkami wieczorem tętni życiem do 2-3 w nocy, co przy spaniu przy otwartych oknach(upalne lato), jest denerwujące.
