Praktische, saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage zum Bahnhof/Stadt - ich habe nur eine Nacht gebucht und musste am Morgen früh weiter an den Flughafen. Das Personal ist nett und unkompliziert.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata positiva. Al mio arrivo ho trovato il copriletto con macchie e il lenzuolo sporco. Mi sono recata alla reception, che sarebbe dovuta essere aperta fino alle 23, ma alle 22:50 non c’era già più nessuno. Si sono scusati, ma invece di offrire una soluzione adeguata sono stata invitata a cambiarmi da sola le lenzuola che avrei trovato nel corridoio. Un servizio del genere non è accettabile: poca attenzione alla pulizia e nessuna assistenza reale. Sicuramente sarà il mio ultimo soggiorno presso questa struttura.
