The location is just next to the station. The cleaning lady was nice, and the check-in instructions were clear.
There is no soundproofing, so you can hear neighbors talking, using the restroom, showering, etc. Additionally, the balcony and windows do not provide any insulation, so you can easily hear noise from the street. Unfortunately, the room was quite dusty, and the walls were either dirty or damaged. Overall, this created a rather disappointing impression.
