Location, setting, big bed compared to many other b&b’s in Italy
We had an issue with the airconditioning, but the host was very involved and willing to fix it

Very good central location, Benedetta was a great host, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately we had large suitcases and there is no lift, just to be aware

Location is excellent
Third floor in the old building. Stairs are very steep and carry bags is not easy if you not physically fit. Even getting upstairs is not easy.

Communication was great. Upon arrival we were met by the host and shown our room. The room was so clean and spacious. There were complementary traditional Sardinian biscuits for us to eat along with complementary coffees and teas in a shared kitchen area that was a lovely touch. Breakfast is had at a cafe just down the road and is amazing. On our last day we were messaged and told we could have the room for the whole day. Location is perfect and couldn’t recommend it more.
