Grace, the host, is charming and professional, and these traits are present in every aspect of the property. It is spotlessly clean, aesthetically perfect, classically Sardinian while still being modern and stimulating. A historic building, updated immaculately and with great attention to detail, and perfectly located. Breakfast is prepared to order if requested, and snacks/drinks are available at all hours.
There was nothing we did not like. We loved everything. The addition of laundry facilities would be a welcome addition, but it is certainly not a requirement. The host directed us to a bright, clean, self-service laundromat just a few minutes walk away.

What is not to like.
Stunning apartments that have been tastefully and exquisitely renovated, with lots of original features exposed and paired with modern decor. Our apartment was a treble room and had big and airy so much space.
The energy and love that our host Grace has to ensure her guests have a fabulous stay shines through and her staff are the same. Breakfast is so fresh and served to the table, additional touches include home made pastries and cakes.

Very nice room in old building with a lot of character, beautifully renovated with some modern touches. Great location in the Marina quarter but a couple of blocks away from the traffic streets. Walking distance to everything, close to the train station. Very clean and comfortable, great breakfast. So nice and helpful owner!
