Boutique Hotel Carlo Felice

The location cannot be beat! It's right in the heart of Cagliari. Many great restaurants nearby with a very good one under the hotel itself. I loved the beds, the linens, the coffee, the espresso machine and the kettle. These are really important things for me. Top that off with a great working AC and this hotel is now one of my absolute favorite hotels. I enjoyed Cagliari and will visit again, if for no other reason than to stay at this hotel. The check-in was seamless and the response from Management was always quick. I only ever saw the young lady at Reception when I was checking out and she was extremely polite, pleasant and very, very helpful.

Nothing to complain about, really.

Central location, modern bright design.

Minimal reception hours.

Afternoon check in smooth, perfectly clean, location excellent and service incl airport transfer they provide, too

The hotel is in a great location. The staff we met were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean with an excellent shower and tea/coffee making facilities. Nice design to the interior.

While we were overall satisfied with our stay there are a few things we weren't crazy about. The biggest issue is the street noise throughout the night into the early hours of the morning - a price to be paid perhaps for the central location. The noise from other guests in adjoining rooms was also an issue as was the noisy aircon. The bed was too firm for me and led to an uncomfortable night and backache. The room was very compact with little storage (no proper wardrobe, 3 hangers), not an issue for a few nights but it could be if you were staying longer or if you have a lot of luggage. There is no place to work or to relax in the hotel except on your bed.
