Kein Frühstück! Zimmer OK. -dennoch NIE WIEDER!!! No breakfast, but the room was OK. -nevertheless: never ever again!

Never ever again! -Nie wieder! Das Einchecken ist nur online möglich und dauert wie in meinem Fall ca. 1 Stunde und 3 Telefonate an eine Nummer, die ich nur durch äußersten Zufall, nämlich durch einen anderen Gast bekommen habe. Kathastrophe!!! Check-in is only possible online. It took me approx. 1 hour to get into this room. The mentioned phone-number was wrong. I got the right number by a certain coincidence. -another guest was passing by, and gave me the right number. Disaster!!!

It’s very central, just a couple of meters away from the pedestrian street. The building was easy to access, and the room was clean. There’s available paid parking in the streets nearby.

Cars park literally in front of the entrance plus the trash bidoni can make it a bit difficult to access the building.

The location is excellent, nice small balcony, but dont hope for a "nice view"

It was cleaned only once or twice, towels were changed only one time for the whole week. Since it is sold as "rooms", one expects to have at least some dishes, wine cork or a knife. The problem is though, it is being sold as a "hotel room", but actually is a "room". And if it is a room, and it is indeed, then one waits some facilities as in a room. The entrance door handle is broken, the water sink in bathroom gets stuck every day. I have booked a "Family room", to have some more space, but it is not bigger than smallest "single room in a 3-Star hotel". Not worth the money you paid, it's price is another league, although room does not. I have been also charged many days earlier as the date my payment was to be due. They canceled once my booking, so I had to reserve again. Immidietly afterwards they charged my booking. The funny thing is, tou receive a confirmation email from booking that tour stay is booked and reserved, but then the host, if he can't charge your card at the moment he wants, sends immidietly an email that your booking is NOT CONFIRMED. So you might end up being in double sided legal situation.However, this is already the policy of booking.com about which they should be informed and take care about. 5 Star goes only for the fact that i liked my vacation and the city, otherwise it deserves a 0 star rating.
