Good location, walking distance to town and train station. Good facilities (there is a kitchen for quick snacks and beverages). Good value for money. Host is wonderful.

Everything at the Art Rooms was superb. Incredibly clean, spacious, and to top it off, Andreas is a caring host who makes sure that his guests are doing well. I fell sick during our stay there and he was so hospitable to make me feel welcome and comfortable, it was probably the best accommodation to have to be sick at! Otherwise, location 10/10 central in Cagliari - only a shoe's throw away from the Orto Botanico & Roman Ampiteatro, as well as vibrant shopping and dining streets and conveniences like farmacia and supermarket. Check-in was easy and smooth, and there's even an elevator.
The only miscommunication is that the communal kitchen listed isn't really communal - guests are not allowed to eat there or use the fridge and it's limited in terms of supplies like pots & pans. Didn't break our stay, but something definitely to keep in mind if this element is important to your stay.

I’ve stayed only 2 nights but have quite mixed feelings about the place. Let’s start with the pros: good located, few steps and you’re in the center with many restaurants, bars and shops / communication went smoothly with the owner via Whatsapp
The room i’ve stayed in is definitely asking for a renovation, i’m not saying it wasn’t clean but very old and used, also the bed was very hard just as the pillows, no natural light in the bathroom, the wardrobe smells inside. However the cleaning lady put my clothes in the wardrobe so thank for God i opened it before i left the place, otherwise my jacket and few tops should have been left behind (pls don’t do it to travelers, we leave our stuff outside on purpose)…i know they just wanted to be kind but still. I really don’t like to leave a negative feedback but honestly I didn’t like the accommodation
