Hurtig til at svare på beskeder, tæt på centrum, dejlig rengøring af værelset hver dag, meget fin morgen kaffe og frit valg af pastry på en meget flot café tæt på lejligheden. Super fin service hvor hygiejnen er i top.

Vi manglede en strygejern og det var ikke muligt at skaffe en

El apartamento es un loft precioso con jacuzzi, que desde luego disfrutamos cada día de nuestra estancia. La cama es muy cómoda y las prestaciones en general muy buenas. También la localización, en pleno centro de Cagliari.

Nos dieron un mando de un tragaluz que hay directamente sobre la cama que no funcionaba. Al llegar logramos abrirlo un poco pero dejó de funcionar, así que la primera noche fue difícil ya que se oía toda la gente de los bares de alrededor. Ellos mismos la cerraron a la mañana siguiente pero nunca nos dieron un mando que funcionara, por lo que no pudimos mover ese tragaluz ni cerrar las persianas. Tampoco hay lugares para abrir las maletas ni una mesa para sentarse.

Steep stairs and difficult to climb with international luggage, difficult initial access to building and room, no human presence

The room was very beautiful, extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The interiors and finishes were well considered, and visually the property matched the photos.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. In the first room there was a constant dripping noise coming from the ventilation during the day, which made it very difficult to relax in the room. The “included” breakfast was served at a café around 5 minutes away and consisted only of one hot drink and one pastry, usually a croissant. There was no fruit or protein option, and we often had to wait outside in the sun for a table. We ended up paying extra ourselves to have something more substantial, such as eggs. Housekeeping knocked on the door at around 10am every day, but there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available. If we were still sleeping and did not let them in at that exact time, the room would not be cleaned later that day. Before arrival, we were also required to send photos of our ID documents via WhatsApp in order to receive the access codes, even though we said we preferred to show them in person. We later asked for confirmation that the copies would be deleted, but did not receive any response. We never met any member of staff in person during the entire stay. Parking was also extremely difficult. The nearest car park we could use was around a 15-minute walk away and was often completely full. On one occasion, we waited almost an hour in a queue just to enter. In practice, we often had to wait until around midnight to try to find a parking space.
