Onlyrooms IV - Sea View & Free Parking

Top floor view, high ceilings and beautiful ancient fully functioning lift.

Good location, with just a couple of minute walk to the train station and bus station, as well as being very close to the ferry port. Numerous restaurants are a short walk away from the location. We stayed for just the one night. The bed had a thick memory foam topper, which the wife liked, though was a little bit of a struggle to get out of, as I had sunk in!. Very high ceiling, and a lift to take you to the upper floors. People have reported the area was sketchy, though I didn't feel unsafe in the location, personally. Elevated location, and with a partial view of the harbour and street below. Blackout roller blind handy to restrict the sun.

The car parking situation was a little confusing, though this may have been down to not receiving the instructions on my phone regarding the permit/ticket to enter and leave the parking location. The main front door did not close, so when coming back at night, the inner courtyard was in darkness.

Nice, big, bright, clean room. New bathroom! Close to restaurants, Cagliari sights, harbour for boat trip.Griendly staff.

Nothing.

The bed was comfortable. Stefania was delightful and very helpful.

The floor was dirty when I arrived but Stefania arranged to have it washed. The lift was unreliable in the fact that if the previous occupant didn’t close the doors properly it wouldn’t work. There was NO sea view.
