I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
Everything is thought through to the smallest detail and executed to an exceptionally high standard. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. I reached the hotel before check-in time, and instead of simply asking me to wait, they invited me to enjoy breakfast. There was even Prosecco! They also provided a beach towel, made excellent coffee, answered every question, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.
The hotel itself is so beautiful that you almost don’t want to leave. You simply sit there and feel happy. The design is elegant and contemporary, with marble, crystal, gold accents, and beautiful tableware. Every corner feels luxurious without ever feeling excessive.
The room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous. Every little detail had been considered: comfortable slippers and bathrobes, a Nespresso machine, premium toiletries, quality stationery—everything you could possibly need. The bed, pillows, duvet, and linens were so incredibly comfortable that it honestly felt like sleeping on a cloud.
The spa deserves a special mention. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with delicious tea, elegant snacks, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes you instantly relax. Every detail reflects understated luxury. Luxury, luxury, luxury.
Palazzo Doglio was the absolute highlight of my trip to Sardinia. Staying here wasn’t just accommodation—it was an experience. I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but this one has a soul. I can’t wait to come back.
