Very clean, just renovated, like new. Central, great location. Good wi-fi, bathroom and bed.
Too much communication. 9 messages (+9 email reminders) even before I arrived in Cagliari. Kind of annoying, it shouldn't be that difficult to book a stay. Then 10th message said it's prohibited to eat or drink in a room which had a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle...

The property is ideally located in the center of Cagliari (5 min walking to main station, Yene Plaza, and main bus station). Easy to access all the main touristic points and beaches, as well as great restaurants and cafes. It is very clean, secure, and the staff are really kind and helpful!

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the city centre with lots of food and drink options. Staff were also very lovely and accommodating.
Last two days of our trip, there was building work going on on the ground floor of the building. Drilling started at 8:30am, and we weren’t informed about any works going on in the building.
