Lokacija objekta je jako dobra, u blizini ima besplatnih parkirnih mjesta, a do centra grada je 15 minuta laganog hoda. Domaćini su ljubazni i susretljivi, odgovaraju na sve poruke i dozvolili su nam da na dan odjave ostanemo u sobi do 15h
Nije mi se svidjelo što se dodatni ručnici naplaćuju 10€ po osobi. Naime, za četverodnevni boravak dobili smo set ručnika po osobi. S obzirom na vrućine, tuširali smo se nekoliko puta dnevno, i naprosto 1 ručnik nije dovoljan za 4 noćenja

great location in a leafy part of Cagliari. Guido was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than planned. very comfortable bed in a spacious apartment. easy parking out the front.

The location is perfect, the studio is spacious and really comfortable with all the necessary equipment. Daniela and Guido are kind, caring hosts, always there if you have any questions or problems. I will be back with pleasure!

Great experience! I stayed there for a week and enjoyed every day of my vacation. The villa is set back a little from the noisy streets full of tourists, so it's quiet and peaceful at night, but is still within walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the center. The bus stop is just a few meters away, the 5ZE bus will take you directly to Poetto Beach, you don't have to walk or change buses. The same bus will take you back directly from the beach in the evening. The location is perfect. Close to the villa there is a great cafe Dispensa with breakfast, coffee, croissants and many other kind of pastries, highly recommended.
I stayed in the Superior Studio so I had my own kitchen and my own entrance, perfect for someone who enjoys privacy. It is on the ground floor and there are a few tables outside in the shade so you can enjoy your morning coffee or wine. The room is big enough, stylish, the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking - fridge, stove, oven, all kinds of pans and pots, etc. Guests are free to use umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. to take to the beach.
And of course, the hosts, Daniela and Guido, are the best! Before my arrival they explained via WhatsApp how to get there, which bus to use. They were very kind to offer me to chech in early, as the room was alredy ready and I had a morning flight to Cagliari. Whatever you might need - they will respond via WhatsApp withing a few minutes. So thank you for everything, it was really a great pleasure! :)
