the location and check in and check out was easy.
the doors were hard to open for e , the keys could be labelled, I always messed up the door keys, and because the doors where hard to open i panicked a little

I was there for work near the university so it was in a great location. Also lots of parking spaces around. The balcony is good to relax in the evening.
The room itself was great, but the bathroom needs renovation (shower!), no soap/shower gel which is unusual nowadays. The remote for the ac wasn’t in the room which was inconvenient, sleeping with the balcony door is not an option as it’s noisy. Some people can be noisy at night. I get prices in Cagliari are crazy, but for that amount you’d expect a little more.
